CHRISTOPHER GRIMLEY

Chef Christopher joins the team from the Quilchena Hotel, where he was the Executive Chef.  His previous experience also includes progressive culinary management roles with Langara Island Lodge, Pyramid Lake Resort, Blue on Water restaurant, and the Fogo Island Inn.  During his time at the Blue on Water, his team placed third in the Gold Medal Plates event in Newfoundland.  Christopher has his Red Seal and is a graduate of the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology.  He also did an internship at the highly acclaimed Amass Restaurant in Copenhagen, Denmark.
