TAMMY MAKI

Chef Tammy joins the team, bringing her unique pastry talent.  Her previous experience saw her working at the Rim Rock Resort and Hotel in Banff, where she worked in the main pastry kitchen and later was the Pastry Chef of their five-diamond restaurant, Eden.  Chef Tammy has held positions at the Fairmont Banff Springs, Wedgewood Boutique Hotel in Vancouver, Westin Calgary and the Post Hotel and Spa.  She is a proud member of White Bear First Nations in Saskatchewan and brings her Indigenous roots to The Bear, The Fish, The Root & The Berry. She feels that finally, “she’s home.”
