Virginie comes to us with a host of experience, including working as Maître d’hôtel / Sommelier Fairmont Le Château Montebello, Québec.  She also worked as a Sommelier / Serveur Le Cellier et Quai St-Raymond.  Virginie also worked as Operations coordinator Fairmont Château Laurier, Ottawa. In her own words, she says “I love to discover new culinary trends as well as the world of wines. I have a lot of motivation and interest for the industry, which makes me responsible and resourceful.”
